Megan Tahan, founder of Profound Movement, started her company after leaving a comfortable full-time position as a Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources professional and yoga/fitness instructor of 8 years, she saw the need to infuse mindfulness into the corporate world. Having experience in the public and private sector, Megan realized individuals in any working environment can benefit from improving communication and staying level-headed in high pressure situations. Megan is a certified DISC and MindFresh facilitator, which both incorporate mindfulness and self-awareness. Profound Movement facilitates customized corporate wellness and mindful communication programs for organizations. As lead facilitator, Megan helps individuals manage their energy through mindful communication, therefore reducing stress and increasing productivity and personal development.
